1. What is WPC (wood plastic composite)?

Wood plastic composite is the mix of recycled natural fiber ( poplar wood powder) and reused plastic materials (HDPE). It's a new material that recyclable and eco-friendly, and it's proved an ideal replacement for wood in construction industry. The new material keeps the properties of plastic and texture of wood, making it a perfect combination that features advantages of both plastic& wood materials. The products made of wood plastic composite range from decking, fencing, railing, wall panel, roofing to other public amenities such as picnic table, bench, dustbin and etc. 

2.What are the  differences between other wooden products and Weilong wood plastic composite material?

The differences:

A) Good quality WPC is more durable than wooden products, because after being treated with high temperature, all organic materials have become inorganic, which makes the material the least affected by the changing environment.

B)  WPC is more eco-friendly, to produce wooden products, people have to cut a lot of trees, while trees especially the hardwood need hundreds of years to grow up, less trees lead to worse environment.  WPC has the commitment to only use recycled materials.

C) WPC products are more cost-efficient. The low maintenance & long life span saves your time, energy& money on a long run.

3.What is the best and most suitable place for wood plastic composite material?

The best and most suitable place for wood plastic composite material would be outdoor area, as we produce hundreds of containers of outdoor decking, wall panel, pergola and etc each year.

4. Does wood-plastic composite material cost more than wood?

No! When you consider the time you spend selecting quality pieces of wood while finally being fooled with splinters and refurnishing after a few years, you are really saving money and time by purchasing wood-plastic composite products!

5.Payment term : 

1. TT 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment or against the B/L copy.

2. L/C at sight.

3. any other method please kindly remind in advance, it can be negotiated.  

6.Delivery time :

Around 20 days after receiving the 30% deposit.

7.Will Emerald WPC decking expand and shrink?

Almost all material expands and shrinks with the temperature changing, Emerald WPC also. That's why we need to learn carefully the 'expansion sheet' and make sure there is always enough space left between decking boards in installation.
